Gerhold Beteiligungs GmbH is a small and privately owned private-equity and investment company that acquires long-term shares in small and mid-size companies together with strategic co-investors in the form of club deals. Our investment partners are predominantly German entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial family offices. We have a very broad and acknowledged network across different sectors addressed by German SMEs. We directly contribute this business experience to our private equity investments.
